BENEFITS OF EATING CHOCOLATES!

I love chocolates. I have to confess I am a chocoholic.Yesterday while I was watching Astro 703, Asian Food Channel, i saw the programme on 'Chef At Home'.I learned a lot of tips from his cooking styles.He often prepares chocolate desert recipes.It is really easy.Trust me the next time look out for his programmes, he shows how to prepare simple meals which are delicious yet healthy. How many of us actually take the trouble to prepare a simple desert as shown in AFC Channels. We often resort to box of chocolates bought from our local supermarkets.It is indeed much more healthier and economical if we are able to cook our own desert.We can also save up the rest of the deserts in the fridge to fulfill our temptations!

Chocolates are just too good for our brains. Here are some health tips on chocolates! Dark chocolates are full of antioxidant and it is also beneficial to heart patient because it reduces blood pressure and prevents blood clots.The chemicals in the chocolates that helps on one's cardiovascular system is known as 'catechins'.This substance found in chocolates are rich in antioxidant which protects our body against heart disease and may also in rare cases help to prevent cancer.

I always feel so relaxed after eating chocolates.It is really a comfort food for those wanting to relax after a hectic day.Why is this? Chocolates releases natural feel good chemicals called endorphins in our brain. This chemical are are able to release pain and it also aids to elevated one's mood.

Chocolate is also very popular among loved ones.We often buy chocolates for spouses, family members and loved ones.Some research indicates that the chocolates act as psycho-stimulant.

The other benefits of eating chocolates are that it defends our body against destructive molecules known as free radicals which cause heart attack and cancer.
It has been stated that in an experiment conducted in Japan proved that chocolates contains anti-bacterial elements that may assist to overcome food decay.Further studies also indicates that another substance called ‘phenols’ which is also found in chocolates may help reduce arteriosclerosis.This substance is also found in red wine, black tea, fruits and vegetables.

Chocolates also comprises of a lot of nutrients such as Vitamins A, B1, B2, D and E
which is essential for a healthy body!
